• I’m updating the review as I had a terrible experience. Not only does this solution completely degrade performance in GTMETRIX, even after “configuring help from support specialists” who do not respond to emails, they cannot configure their own solution to make it work correctly. I don’t recommend this at all.

    I want to highlight the terrible support. I granted all rights and permissions, allowed to carry out all actions to make the site better. They promised to do so, but everything turned out the other way around and the site began to work only worse. The data in GTMETRIX has become a level worse than without solving it. No responses and actions after I provided the difference in the operation of the site were not made.

    I am very disappointed with this team

    You’re right, it was you who said your WSO team would be busy. And when I asked specifically about your plugins, you gave me a contact and another team already answered me. I don’t know what’s going on with you, but I see that there is no response and the team did not inform me that there are some other tasks due to which they ignore my letters. I just received 2 identical emails that I answered the same way 2 times.

    As a result, I was left without optimization and without setting up plugins
