No support

  • I bought a full ecommerce package at more than $160.

    I tried to contact support team twice at the email address mentioned on the website and I never received any answer.

    At such a price, go away and find another tool. There are a lot of plugins much cheaper, better and with a real support team behind.

    We haven’t received an email from you as we are not sure where you have sent the emails.

    Also, FYI we don’t provide support over email.

    Since you are using the Pro version so I would like to suggest you open your support queries through the Pro Support Portal.
