    We are sorry we couldn’t reply you on time. If you have visited our website, you might see our support agent provide support Mon-Fri. Also you may see the timezone. It’s very sad for us you have left negative feedback because we are unable to provide support on weekend.

    I totally understand about support hours and I get it.

    Your contact form does not work even during support hours which I tried last week.

    If you take a look carefully at the contact form, that works perfectly. Also, we have live support on our website as well as email support too. I am 100% negative, if we have received any message to our live chat or support email from anyone left un-resolved.

    Could you please let me know what you’ve tried to let us know. So, we can help you to resolve your issue? Also, it’s really helpful if you change the unfair feedback.
