    I hope this finds you well. I want to reach out to apologize for not being available when you urgently needed our assistance. I can imagine how frustrating that must have been for you.

    We have been running as a company for 5+ years and up until this year, we’ve always kept a small team. This means that it is possible that some queries that come in after our work hours (Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00 GMT) tend to take a longer time to get a response, unlike the ones that do come in during our work hours.

    I have responded to the initial comment you posted earlier and I’m hoping to read from you soon so that I can assist you in resolving the issue.
