    If you look at almost every single title of all the five star reviews we have they unanimously rave about how good the support is. Instead of leaving a one star review it would be appreciated if you would create a support thread in the www.remarpro.com forums or send another support email. I am
    happy to answer any questions you have.

    I am not aware of any unanswered support emails so it’s possible yours never came through. I am not sure why your first reaction was to immediately go the one star route instead of trying to reach out to me.
