I have never closed a support topic without trying to answer first. And please do remember that this is a FREE plugin and that it is just a side and fun project for me. Support and plugin development is really time demanding and when I have some time I always try to answer questions the best I can. But it is true that I don’t have much time to invest in this plugin development and as of now I can only maintain it without adding new features.

Many plug-ins provide premium support beyond this basic forum, but we were frustrated to find many basic questions with no answers or threads that were closed. These are basic questions and are typical for an open source software ecosystem like WordPress.
We tried to adjust our review after the initial posts, but evidently they didn’t stick. We’ll try and change those again.
