no support

  • I’ve bought pro version. But layer excerpt of this plugin does not support any html or shortcodes in excerpt field. but my skin it supports in standard… I wrote a ticket to support and they suggested me to try another plugin to fix it… ha-ha-ha thanks a lot
    money for nothing

    Hi, where did we advertise that excerpt will support to display HTML?

    I have suggested that plugin previously many other clients get solved the issue.
    And I was out of my desk when you replied. you thought I don’t want to provide you support, you should at least wait for our support reply before posting reviews here.

    There is a filter hook for excerpt text, you can override the excerpt text.

    You are very strange support. I don’t need refund (any way I lost some money for currency exchange and bank comission for another currency transfer), I need working plugin and I have rights to ask help with it. You suggest to try another plugin. And after my review, you suggest another decision, which may be solve my problems and at that moment you refound me money. You even didn’t give me any possibility to try it…

    I have sent you the refund because the feature isn’t available right now on our plugin. I thought you were eager to get money back because you already said 2 times for money back or refund on our forum reply. and you put 1 star on reviews. that’s why I was so quick to send your money back. it might be strange to you, but i was trying to restore your faith in us. you might be still misunderstood.
    but it wasn’t happening if i was able to reply in time, but i was out of my desk today.
