• I’ve been dealing with these guys on behalf of a client and due to the lack of help, we’ve decided that we’d like a refund. No response at all from the developers or whomever handles their support portal.
    We are still waiting for a refund, after two weeks submitting a request. Nothing. I would definitely avoid purchasing this plugin in future due to the lack of support and communications. Not good at all.

    You have been using the review system abusively, you have the right to ask for a refund, however, this is not the place, this is not allowed on WordPress.

    Also, this is not true.

    WordPress defends them by removing the bad reviews and disabling the accounts of people who complain. I have seen this with bad reviews just randomly disappearing

    Perhaps, one of the moderators @jdembowski, could explain you that this is the free version and you can’t ask for a refund here, issues and conflicts with plugin happen, that’s part of the WordPress world, you have the right to ask for a refund, however.. if you client doesn’t like the plugin that’s not covered by the refund policy.

    To the moderators: I’m not trying to offer support here, I’d love to take this to our support ticket section, however.. I feel that some comments on this review are defamatory to both parties, WordPress and our company.

    @usersultra I don’t think it’s quite fair to try and now make out that people using this forum to complain is defamatory. If you actually responded to your support tickets within a decent time frame (within a week at most), then we wouldn’t feel the need to go public about your poor response times. No-one wants to put down a company for no reason. We just want decency, like you want decency. @kelevra027 has lost a client, and I’ve found your plugin glitchy. So please, rather than try and look like the victim here, why not offer your paying customers a decent service, then you’ll avoid people feeling frustrated and using these free forums to complain. If it wasn’t for this platform, would you ever get in touch with us via a ticket? I think, you need to focus on your customer service before splitting hairs about where people discuss the lack of support by your business. You’ll get good reviews, if you were more open and managed expectations. For example, if you are out of office for 2 weeks or so, then tell people, don’t leave them in the dark when they’re waiting for tickets to be responded to.
    Oh and by the way, I’m still waiting for a response on our ticket. Thanks.
