I’ve been dealing with these guys on behalf of a client and due to the lack of help, we’ve decided that we’d like a refund. No response at all from the developers or whomever handles their support portal.
We are still waiting for a refund, after two weeks submitting a request. Nothing. I would definitely avoid purchasing this plugin in future due to the lack of support and communications. Not good at all.
