    The issues are many after installing the Hestia theme and I don’t think this is the place to air all of them. Perhaps we can use emails, so I can explain clearly all the issues, provided you personally guarantee to at least acknowledge the issues, even if you don’t have solutions.

    I will mention one issue here, since it will illustrate the support problem:

    On 7 July I asked in an e-mail about problems with the PirateForm e-mail not having the contents fields cleared after sending an email. After asking again, a reply from ThemeIsle again ignored the question and it was never answered.

    In frustration, about 9 days ago I raised the PirateForm e-mail problem on the PirateForm plugin support page, you answered the next day with a question, which I answered. Since then I have heard nothing for over a week, despite asking you for a reply.
