no support

I bought the theme because it looks very good. But I asked some support, that’s normal when you buy a theme, at least it was with the themes I bought with others. I asked this:’ I ordered the Seos-Photography-Premium I want to make a childtheme because I do nog like all the colours and fonts. But it doesn\’t work, WordPress recognizes the childtheme but I only get a blank page and blank costumizer. I am used to make childthemes so what is the matter here? You can\’t see it on my website because I am working on my localhost right now to not disturb my website. Do you have any kind of supportpage?’
The answer was one sentence, ‘Sorry, but our support cant not help you to create childtheme.’ I did not ask that! I asked why a childtheme does not work, did they build in something to prevent that? And I did ask if they have a supportpage, which they did not answer. I couldn’t find it.
So for now one star because of the absence of any support.
