No support

On the whole this works well, although as someone else has mentioned in reviews, it doesn’t seem to collect names even if this field is enabled. Possible people don’t enter their name of course. But support is non-existent. I have a question which is key to how I use this plugin – exactly what is unlocked when the user enters his/her e-mail? Is it this content this time/this content always/all content this time/all content always? There is, I think, an option regarding this, but I can’t make any sense of it. Despite getting an immediate auto response to my query saying I would have an answer within 1 business day, I’ve had nothing over 2 weeks later. If I knew how this worked, I think it would probably be worth upgrading to the paid for version.
