No support

I have been trying for over a month to get support for this plugin. I have sent emails and posted comments. Nothing. Which is unfortunate since I wanted to buy the pro version. Very few ratings plugins work on my site, which is why I’d like to purchase this one, but not from developers who are non-existent with support.
