No Support!

  • I’d give SEO Ultimate a 5, but there is NO support on the forum except from other plugin users. Just look at all of the questions that are ignored and unanswered. The authors expect you to use their company and pay for their seo services. The other seo plugin authors listen to their users and roll out updates accordingly.

  • This is false information. I just went through the last 15 support topics to see if this was the case and every one had replies from the plugin author…but maybe they’ve stepped up their support recently.

    That’s great for those who posted in the last 15 threads. Check out page 2 and beyond. I would never write a negative review on a whim, and as of 4/18/13, I still stand by my rating.

    My post (1mo ago) and others who posted around my time frame are still unanswered by the authors. Albeit kind members will try and help others if they can, but it’s limited help.

    I know it’s a free plugin and there sure are a lot of questions, but I hope they can step up support on a consistent basis so the questions don’t pile up.

    They could also do a FYI page for frequently asked questions. Their white pages offer different info that is not specific to the plugin.

    I agree – compared to other posts, I also do feel we need more responses from authors around this one.

    Maybe the number of comments on this is also way too high, which may be attributed for less responses lately.
