No Support!

You should not offer your plugin or take users like us for a ride if you do not intend on supporting it. Purchasing your premium plugin for support and then not getting it is complete crap. This issue I have shows up on posts that are over 2 years old and are still not resolved. Please refund my money so I can go elsewhere. I’ll write a separate note to wordpress to pull your plugin down.
