NO SUPORT (PRO VERSION)

  • UPDATE: Developer issued a refund and a lifetime license.

    Support email went to spam folder. Unfortunately, I had to delete this plugin due a really small issue.

    We do offer support. As well as always giving 30 day refunds, no questions asked. I am not seeing any refund requests on the site right now. What is your order number? I’ll give you a refund right now.

    @scottpaterson I filled out tickets at https://wpplugin.org/account/
    A link which is found under the “visit plugin site” in the wordpress plugin menu. It appears these ticket submissions are not getting to you? Would be wise to fix this.
    I’ve lost over 1 week to launch the website due to the lack of support and reasearch/implementation. A refund would be greatly appreciated.

    You got a refund. I am so sorry about this. It looks like your emails went to spam somehow and therefore didn’t get transferred into the support inbox. I’m so sorry that this has affected you.
