“no such source” and “no such customer” errors

    I thought everything was correctly set up to take Stripe payments via WooCommerce – it works fine in test mode – but after an error report from a customer I’ve tried making a live payment myself and got the same error:
    “No such source: ‘src_1ldmw…..’ ”

    So I switched back to just taking Stripe payments direct without going through WooCommerce (not ideal, since it doesn’t allow me to apply coupons) – but then I get
    “No such customer: ‘cus_lfnlbURV…’; a smiilar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request.”

    I’ve checked and re-entered and re-checked all the API keys, and there are no payment methods saved.

    What else could be causing the problem?

    Found the source of the problem: it was a conflict with either RankMath or Paid Memberships Pro (I suspect the latter but I haven’t re-enabled either of them yet). Fortunately I’m not actually using PMPro so it’s not a big problem.

    It seems to be working now that I’ve deactivated those two plugins.
