    I am getting this error on a fresh install of 3.3
    I have uploaded via ftp

    ‘Warning: require(/home/site/public_html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/site/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21’

    looks like many files didnt upload over ftp. thats sure to do it!
