No such file or directory …admin-header.php

I just installed the latest download of WordPress 2.3. Everything went great but when I am in the dashboard and I click on the Options Tab I get the following error. I *** out a couple words because it refers to my hosting account name…

I have no idea how to fix this. I FTPed into my account and looked in the wp-admin dir and saw that the file in question is in that dir.
