No such customer using firefox on linux

    hi

    when using firefox on unbuntu & mint we are getting the “No such Customer: ‘cus_’…

    if we remove any existing Test ID we still get the error (were still in test mode & never been in Live mode)

    we dont get the error on other browsers on these Linux machines (chrome-ish & opera) and works ok using firefox on win10

    we may have switched accounts in the past

    Hi @lp5696394

    That’s very odd you would get that error on a certain browser and not others, because the customer ID is something that’s used server side, in the PHP code. It’s not something that ever touches the browser or would be affected by the browser.

    When deleting the customer ID, make sure you go to the WordPress > Admin > Edit Profile page for the user you’re testing with. Remove the customer ID for test mode then click save.
