With regards to ID you have referenced this is an ID which is assigned to customers in your Stripe account dashboard which you can access below.

https://dashboard.stripe.com/customers

Look for that customer ID in your Stripe dashboard and delete the customer to see if that helps.

Hi Stuart, I deleted that IDs and still having troubles…
I tested in test mode and it works, but only with new names/email, never used…
What could be happening? Maybe I should reinstall the plugin…
