No Such Customer

  • Since upgrading WordPress, I’ve been getting either “No such customer” errors, or errors saying “Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript.” I’ve seen around the forums that there is a button somewhere in the settings that allows me to clear test data, and that that might help, but I haven’t been able to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I have the same error. Just started today. Now nobody can checkout from our store.

    Did either of you find a solution for this? It’s happening on my WC site too, and I am attempting to figure out why. This is with an existing customer, who stored their card details, and are trying to make a new purchase with that stored card.
