No success message

I am using the contact form7 plugin, when a user fills to form it will redirect to a pdf and send an email to emails mentioned in the “TO” section.

It is redirecting fine, but not showing a success message, and neither is it sending an email to all the recipients “To” section that someone has downloaded a file.

I tried to use the SMTP plugin but no effect.
