I’m trying to integrate with MailChimp so people can subscribe. I have one other popup on the page with the plugin. I put in the API key, select the correct list and only want to collect email addresses.

When I go to the page and fill in an email address and hit subscribe it shows the activity animation but just continue to go back and forth forever.

    Hello.
Please provide me with link to this PopUp – and I will check it.

Here’s a link to a test page with the link that should work:

I just added test subscriber with email:
    [email protected]
After loading finish – I see a message:
“A confirmation link was sent to your email address. Check your email and verify your email address for your 15% off coupon.”
Only one thing – this text color is black – so it is hard to read it – but this is already depends from your PopUp settings.

I signed out of the admin panel and it worked as far as subscribing, might be a bug. I never received any email from my mail list though to verify my subscription, I have double opt-in turned on also.

The text is find, I didn’t finish customizing it because it didn’t work ??

Do you see from MailChimp your new subscribe attempts?

It must have been a conveniently timed bottleneck because it eventually came through and works great now.

So, the form won’t ever work if you’re signed in as admin but it works great otherwise. Not a big deal but I thought it was broken.

    Hello.
So, it didn’t worked for you – when you was logged-in as administrator, and after you logged-out – it work fine? Is this correct?

    Yes, that’s correct.
