I am using the “Email Subscribers & Newsletters” plugin – it puts a simple form on my website with a space for people to enter their “Name and “Email”, BUT there is no button for them to submit! No “sign up” or “submit” or any way for them to send the information.
(I’ve discovered that if they hit the enter button on their keyboard then the information gets submitted, but the person signing up will not know to do that, plus there’d be no way to do that on a cell phone anyway!)

When I create the form, I see “Button” and the box next to it is checked for “Show” and also for “Required”, just the same as for the “Name” field and the “Email” field, BUT it does not appear on my website.

Any ideas?!? Thanks so much for your help! You can see it on the right-hand-side of my website: https://www.monkeysontheroad.com

  • We’re sorry to hear that.

Could you try deactivating all other plugins except Email Subscribers and switch your theme to the default Twenty Twenty theme to check if the problem is resolved?

If the issue persists, please reply back to us. We’ll see what we can do.

Sorry, maybe I am misunderstanding your response? If your plugin only works on the default theme, and only works if it’s the only activated plugin, then it’s not something that I can use! I’ll need to look for another Email Subscriber plugin to use instead.

I have a live blog, visited by hundreds of people – I don’t think I can simply deactivate all the other plugins and change the theme without entirely destroying my blog, no?
