No submit button?

I created a test quiz and saw the submit button once. I added the option to show correct answers after submitting. Then the submit button vanished. I deleted the quiz and recreated it multiple time and the submit button never showed. Shame since this was the only plugin I found that allowed showing the correct answer after submitting, which is what I really needed.
