No subject and email header in order completion email

In my configuration an email is send when a new order is received and when an order is completed. In the new order template the subject line and the header in the email is filled in properly.
In the email for a completed order are these blank. Of course are they entered in the woo commerce->settings->emails->completion email.
They just don’t show.
Does anyone has an idea? Please advice.
