No subaccounts

    Hello I Created several subaccounts, users are added in backend but when I refresh my account page still says there is no subaccounts to show. why is that happening?

    Hi,

    I am having this same issue. I am adding Subaccounts in the MyAccount section of the parent account but they are not showing up on Manage Subaccounts tab. They are showing in the admin console but without a Parent account. Any ideas why this would be happening?

    Hi @jsmith21043

    Could you please make sure that the parent account and subaccount user roles are enabled in the “Select the buyer role(s) to enable the subaccount system for” plugin setting?
