    I was About to update wordpress (manually) and i was going good but when i deactivated all plugin(s) just at that second i was locked out…and this time page has no styling..just rough login page…and when i put correct user and password..still not able to login…..
    plugins i was using was akismet , backwpup, capcha, cloudflare flexible ssl , genesis simple edits, google analytics for wp, wordfence, visual composer, wpdata tables, wp seo premium, wp plugin for adsense insertion, wordfence..i deactivated all of them at once…
    and also tried to delete all files and backup whole site(not database) still that login page……

    I’m not sure what’s going on, but in your plugin list the one that gives me pause is: cloudflare flexible ssl.

    Here’s why: if you’re using CloudFlare and serving up your WP site (or even just Admin) under SSL and you’ve disabled a plugin that’s helping facilitate that, it could be related.

    Since you’re locked out, you could try a few things:

    • Restore from a backup
    • If you’re sure that it’s related to SSL not working on your site, you might have to manually temporarily change the site_url and home_url in your database to use the non-SSL counterparts.

    My thinking with #2 above is that, if your site is set to use SSL, but SSL isn’t working, it can cause problems with loading static assets (images, scripts, styles) on your site.
