    Hi,

    When installing the plug-in and creating a new form, or editing the default form, the builder seems to be broken. CSS is missing and all JS is broken, nothing works at all:

    I tried the plug-in a few weeks ago with (at that point) the latest WP and all plug-in’s updated and that did not work, now I am trying it again as I saw the plug-in had some new updates, updated it and it did not fix the issue.

    There are no errors in the console or network, so what can be the issue?
    It seems like something is dequeuing some styles/scripts…

    Hi @artifexmedia,

    The issue seems generated because of label translation, so you face such problems. Please go to your translation plugin settings and search “User registration”. Now you need to revert the translated user registration text to its original. It will fix the issue.

    Note: If you do not have any translation plugin on your site, please install the Loco Translation plugin and translate the label “User Registration” into the default langauge.

    Thanks for your reply, I think, if I understand you correctly, the string “USer Registration” is already in the default language (at last it is not translated), see image uploaded:

    Any ideas? Should I delete the string or change the langauge?

    Edit: I checked WPML’s default language which is NL/Dutch, changed the default language from the string to that (which I think you meant) but that also does not fix the issue (after clearing cache) ??

    We are using WPML

    Hi @artifexmedia,

    Since WPML is a premium plugin, we suggest you consult with WPML support teams once for source text translation.

    If you need to fix this using a free plugin, then we recommend you to user loco translation plugin and revert the “User Registration” source text.

    Hi @shresthauzwal,

    Could you please make sure this is fixed in all translation files for your plugin? This bug returns every time the plugin is updated. So then I have to edit the translation manually every time (NL translation).

    Maybe just remove the plugin name translation string from the plugin code? It’s clearly causing problems.

    @shresthauzwal I would like to have that too.

    I have at least 5 websites unable to use this plug-in on because of this issue (e-commerce websites with WPML – as I am not wanting to keep updating it over and over again) and I don’t think it is fair to point at WPML while obviously the User Registration plug-in is the one having this bug. WPML is just the plug-in handeling the multi-language, User Registration is the one with the faulty translation string.

    I also have to manually edit that string every time, thanks for pointing it out @bash88
