no style sheet in backend

@pitz72 Looks like load-styles.php is not working for you.

#First, let’s start with ruling out any sort of conflict. Try deactivating plugins and check which one is causing the issue. If you cannot do it via dashboard, there are other ways to do it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

So, CSS is now loading correctly by follow thread 2
But now, after i log into the backend and click on one menu (exemple extensions) i was kicked out directly and return to login page.
And that all the time

@pitz72 Clear browser cache and cookies. Use a different browser and a different console. See if the problem persists.

It works. Problem was Woocommerce plugin.
I clear this and now it’s working.
