"No Structured Data Present"

Hi. I’m getting “No Structured Data Present” in webmaster tools. It’s also showing a 403 error message against URL Error:
wp-content/plugins/recipe-card/Has anyone else had this problem? Know how to fix it? Here’s an example page with a recipe in recipe card which isn’t showing up when I use the structured data tool:
