Thank you for this report. I do not have any experience with Couponpress. Can you give me a complete link to the source of this product?

Can you tell me if the problem goes away when you deactivate MLA? Is it a new problem after an MLA update, i.e., did it work with an older MLA version?

Any additional information you can provide will help me give you more specific assistance. Thank you.

I think this is what you are asking for. https://www.premiumpress.com/premium-wordpress-themes/

No. The problem doesn’t go away. Yes. It is a new problem, it just started happening. It worked fine until I made an update to the plugin.

I went back to it yesterday and poked around. I found the actual stores and everything in there but I couldn’t figure out how to link them to the coupons.

    Thank you

Thank you for the link to the PremiumPress Limited web site. I found “Responsive Coupon Theme” there – is that the product you’re using?

I was able to log in to their “Admin Demo” area and try out some of the features there. I do not see any reference to “store icons” or “stores”. Are they part of the Coupon Theme itself or another plugin/product you are using on your site?

The Responsive Coupon Theme is a premium product. I hope you will understand that I cannot afford to buy a copy to do further investigation on my own. If you are willing to give me access to your site I can log in and have a look at your configuration; perhaps I can see something there. I understand that may not be possible. I am hard pressed to think of any reason MLA could cause the issue you report, but I am happy to continue looking into it as best I can.

If you would like to proceed, you can send login information (or your contact information) to the Contact Us page at our web site:

If you can give me more information I can be more helpful. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

It has been three weeks since my last post and I have not heard anything further with regard to this issue. I hope you were able to find a solution.

I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if there is anything more I can do to help. Thanks for your interest in the plugin.
