    Hi, I have a problem with synchronization.
    Changes in stock, products, price etc. is synced automatically to Zettle but not the other way around. We have sold products via Zettle, but stock is not synced to woocommerce.

    I tried to manually change stock value in Zettle web interface but it still doesn’t sync.

    I also tried to deactivate the Zettle plugin and reactive. No success. Please help.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    Most of the instances we get reported are related to an issue that can occur when the communication towards the WordPress site is blocked. We have got some documentation available concerning this situation here.

    There is currently another issue identified that we are investigating that shows this issue, but also sometimes shows an incorrect/duplicate change when changing the amounts in Zettle. You need to do some manual tests to see if this might also be the case in your situation.

    Let me know if this helps you identify or even resolve the issue. If it is related to the newly identified issue, please let us know, so we can give you updates when they become available.

    Hi Joost,

    I am experiencing the exact problem you have described. I’ll detail two scenarios below which I think will also explain why the initial poster of this thread is not getting any stock sync:

    > when the price is set to sync:

    — the prices syncs correctly from Zettle
    — stock only syncs Woo -> Zettle, not Zettle -> Woo

    > when price sync turned off

    — stock syncs correctly woo -> Zettle
    — some stock changes in zettle create random results in woo. One instance went as follows:
    — product created in woo with stock: 3
    — product show in zettle with stock: 3
    — product updated in zettle to stock: 2
    — product shows in woo as stock: 5
    — product changed again in Zettle, to stock: 1
    — product shows in woo as stock: 7

    It may also be worth mentioning that I moved my client away from Square onto Zettle two months ago, and the sync was working on the site. Nothing has changed since.

    I’m pretty desperate for a solution, and would be happy to pay for any kind of premium support you could offer.
