No stats update since July 20th

  • Hi there,
    I’ve just been notified (by our staff) that stats have not been updated since July 20th. Every report, for every day, shows 0 activity. What would cause that?

    Thank you for using our plugins,
    It should work fine!
    Please follow this easy steps:
    Clean your site cache and try..

    If the plugin still not working, please uninstall the current version and install a fresh copy of the plugin..

    Sadly, reinstalling did not fix the issue. I’m not sure if it makes any difference, but this is the Pro version..
