Hi, I redesigned my website on a subdomain and last week pointed my live domain to the new design. My new site is now the same domain as my old design – but Jetpack is showing no visitors since the move. It’s possible I’ve had zero traffic but unlikely. Any ideas what has happened to my Jetpack stats? Thanks, Jim

Anybody able to give me some direction on this? Thanks, Jim

Jetpack Stats has been acting even more erratically than normal for me over the past few days (I could get it to load up, but it wasn’t always displaying stats).

For me, as of this morning, it looks like an auto-update now has the Stats feature locked behind a paywall unless your site falls under some very specific criteria.

I know this isn’t the help you wanted, but this change may have some bearing on your issues.

Thanks. That’s useful to know. My stats were working prior to my new website design. But maybe there is something about my new website that no longer fits the criteria.

    Hello @jimbyrnescotland,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

As @aspleniastudios pointed out, we have recently rolled out a paywall for commercial sites using Jetpack Stats.

Our commercial classification criteria can be found here and you can unlock the features from your account page here.

Hope this was helpful! Please let us know if you need further assistance or if you have additional questions.

Ok, So how do I deactivate that part of Jetpack? It’s a bit depressing to look at a stats page that shows no visitors. Thanks,

    Hello @jimbyrnescotland,

To deactivate the stats part of Jetpack, you can go to the Jetpack → Settings and open Modules from the footer on that page.

You should be presented with a list of Jetpack’s modules. From there, you can deactivate the Stats module.

    Thank you!
