No statistics but readable pageviews.php

Hi,

Is it a very low traffic site, or a testing site?
Koko uses WP Cron to collect statistics and WP Cron is triggered by visitors.
Another possible reason could be if the WP Cron queue is blocked by some other task. You can investigate that with a plugin like Advanced Cron Manager.

Or if the cron task for Koko isn’t created at all, you can go to the Koko settings page and clik save, that should re-create the task if it’s not there.

Yes, unfortunately it is a very weakly visited blog, but until a few weeks ago the statistics still worked.

I don’t know now what I have changed since then that could have led to the sudden count stop.

I have now blocked all roles except for each of the subscribers

Maybe you can setup one of those free uptime monitors, like https://uptimerobot.com/, that will trigger WP Cron for you every 5 minutes.

Did you already check up on the cornjob queue with Advanced Cron Manager?
