No States in the UK

Liking the look of the plugin functionality. In the settings config, I have to enter a state, even though my country is UK. What should I put in this box, as the settings won’t save with it empty? Do wish you guys would think about all the other countries on this planet apart form USA! See this sort of thing regularly. Is this addressed in version 3 and is this still due for release friday?
