• I have used WP-Customer-Reviews on several client sites. All have at least six reviews. No stars have ever shown up in the Google search results. Developer will not respond.

Google determines if your site has enough rank or authority to show stars in search results. All we can do with the plugin is output the information that they choose to use if they want to.

I have no record of you sending a support ticket via the ticketing system, and would have responded there if you did. Be sure to check the forums here for the link to create a support ticket.

Your response is incorrect. This particular client of mine has seven 5-star reviews through WP-Customer-Reviews. After waiting several months for stars to appear in the organic search results, I searched online and found a way to code the pages on this site to properly indicate these seven 5-star reviews to Google. Within three days, 5 stars started appearing in the organic search results. So why didn’t this happen with WP-Customer-Reviews as stated?

I still love the app as a way to obtain customer reviews, but now I must include more code to get the stars in the search results.

@hlennard I’m interested in what code you had to change, can you share that information? thanks
