No space between keywords after comma

In both cases the input field keyword a prescribed space, but in the source code it is not.

Your page source code looks fine. We remove the spaces after commas because Google doesn’t need them. In fact, Google doesn’t bother reading Meta Keywords anymore and haven’t done since 2009 (https://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2009/09/google-does-not-use-keywords-meta-tag.html).

But on the main page there are gaps! Moreover, Google is not the only search engine

Correct, that field is parsed differently.

If you look at the actual HTML document for the HTML Meta tag you’ll see that either format works. The exact wording from W3.org is –

A set of comma-separated tokens, where tokens consist of any string of zero or more characters, and optionally surrounded by space characters.
