No Sound On Chat Request? No Email sent?

Was this ever resolved?

I do not want to purchase the plugin if it has no sound alert..

Please advise

This link is not loading the images that we have uploaded on the backend. I noticed that it probably has something to do with the fact that when I try to edit to edit the permalink under rooms, https://alaskagallerylodge.com/all-portfolio-list/room-riverview is the link that displays. It won’t let me edit the “all-portfolio-list” to “group-list/room-riverview” which I think is what I need to do to make the change.

Can you please assist me with getting this fixed?
