No sound, nothing happen

    Hi,
    I am working in wampserver local site.
    I installed the wordpress plugin.
    I try to work with a simple basic GSpeech example e.g; in french language:
    I did a post using {gspeech}Texte à traduire{/gspeech}
    Nothing happen, no sound, the logo is blinking that is all.
    I tried with Firefox and chrome, same problem.
    Please could you tell me what is happening or what is missing?
