  • @walle79 Thanks for the info.

Ok, so I upgraded my plugin NewStatPress to the latest 1.1.9 and now Yoast is working for me.

    brandon.w:

    Last update from github.

Yoast has been fixed the issue in the next release 3.1.2.

No longer works after upgrade. All fields are blank in both Safari and Chrome:

YAY – as of 3.1.2 – this issue has been corrected. No more console errors!

That looks like a different issue. Do you have a cache (many plugins utilize a cache for you)? If so, you may try clearing it to see if that resolves your particular problem (you should get in the habit of doing this after every plugin update, anyway).

I use WP Rocket for caching, but it doesn’t cache anything for admins, and clearing it changed nothing…wish it did!

Still doesn’t work after update to 3.1.2 version!!!
Is there anyone from Yoast team that can help us, please???

Still No snippet preview and still no content analysis.

I find it amazing that the moderator replies to the guy that is posting a link with an answer but he does not answer all other 86 people who are haven g this problem. What kind of support is this. And they want to charge 70$ for premium support when you can even get any questions at all answered on these forums, this is unreal. terrible support.

I just had the same issue. Updated Yoast SEO to 3.1.2 and the snippet editor broke, field missing.

Rolled back to 3.0.7 and working again.

Rolled back to 3.0.7 and working again here as well. Nobody should be using this plugin after version 3.0.7!

90 posts for such an important issue ?!

There should be a new rule on WordPress Repository…

“…When your FREE plugin or Theme has more then 1 million users… we expect that you give FREE users support for threats on the forum that exceed 90 posts… If you do NOT give any free support on important Plugin issues than please remove your Plugin from WordPress Repository and promote it using your own website as a premium addon… “

Is that a bit to much? Well I am very sorry, if I see users getting low rankings and I see users complain about very important SEO issues.. I then had to post this.

I just made an account to post this because this is getting out of hand – and yes I do a lot of SEO and yes I like the plugin but there should be a new rule to keep the community happy.

If you help the free community your premium version will get much more signups. Just simple logic! Its human nature.
    Give and you will recieve.

Anyway, hope this new rule can be taken into your admin meetings.

Hope everyone gets what he or she needs and does not lose any business because descriptions are not working etc.

    Bye

I really can’t believe that AFTER 90 posts still there’s not one word of support from anybody in the Yoast team…
