    Hi all,

We’re running into a new issue with our product pages that I’m not sure how to fix. We haven’t changed or added any products recently, but as of yesterday once we navigate to a product page our site is showing a white blank page that says “No SKU!” at the top.

We use the divi theme builder so when we go in on the backend to look at the page, the divi builder shows the loading symbol with the words “No SKU!” shown as well. We’ve never had SKUs associated with our product pages as its variable depending on the product and it has never been an issue until now. Even when we went in and added SKUs for all the products, nothing was fixed.

Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

    Thank you in advance!

  • Hello,

I understand the product page is showing a white blank page with a No SKU at the top.

We highly recommend using (SKUs) in your WooCommerce store because it will provide several benefits and can help manage your products more efficiently.

Some of the main reasons to use SKUs are:

    1. Inventory management: SKUs provide a unique identifier for each product or product variation, making it easier to monitor, track, and manage inventory levels across multiple sales channels or warehouses. And helping you to identify each product better.

    2. Order fulfillment: SKUs can significantly improve the order fulfillment process by making it easier for warehouse staff to locate and package the correct items for shipping, reducing potential errors.

    3. Searching and filtering products.

    4. Handling product variations: Using SKUs for product variations (e.g., size, color) helps differentiate each variation and track its stock, sales, and performance individually.

    5. Improved customer communication: Including an SKU in correspondence with customers can help clarify product-related questions and resolve issues quickly, leading to better customer service and satisfaction.

Can you switch the site theme from Divi to Storefront temporarily, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and see if that solves the issue? If the issue is not present, you can then switch back the theme, and reactivate the rest of the plugins gradually, until you find the culprit.
