No Site Dashboard

Good Morning. I am a brand new soon-to-be blogger. I have downloaded Bluehost and WordPress and purchased a theme through Nimbus. I received a confirmation from Mojo telling me that my installation is complete and gave me my Admin URL. However, when I click on that Admin URL (which I assume will take me to the Site Dashboard), I get a ‘Website Coming Soon Check back soon to see if the site is available’ message.
