No Sidebar on the Shop Site

Hi there!

The sidebar presence will depend on the theme and your configuration. If your theme has a sidebar option, you can find it normally under the widgets section of your admin dashboard by going to: Appearance > Widgets and under Appearance > Customize > Widgets.

Please share your current System Status Report if you are not sure about the active theme features. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

thanks for your help. The shop site is still not shown correctly, especially when i add the woocommerce widget product categories. There is a new line next to the bullet button which should not be there.

I don’t see any sidebar widgets at the above link.

One thing you can do is temporarily switch your site to Storefront Theme and check if the issues you were having are gone. If so, you’ll know they were due to your current site’s theme and can report that to the authors.
