No sidebar on the shop page

Riding on this, my shop sidebar appears on the bottom of the page, instead of the side displaying the product categories. How do I change this to appear just like the ShopIsle demo please?

Everything is showing perfect at my end. See screenshot https://prntscr.com/ewbffn

Press Ctrl+0 (zero) that will reset your font size to the default in all modern browsers. Now check your website.
