No side bar on new jobs-old jobs has side bar?

When I am signed in and adding jobs, the sidebar shows up great but when I sign out or use a incognito window, there is no sidebar on the new jobs I post, the sidebar is located at the bottom of the job post. This is only on the new jobs I post with the renewal of go fetch jobs. The old jobs all look great. The link below shows the post before renewal and update.

This link with the new go fetch jobs renewal does not have sidebar.
