No shortened urls shared

  • Do you have “Share Full URL” checked? It will disable usage of shortlinks.

    Yes i have that checked, that’s what I meant by

    I set your plugin to publish shortened urls

    …and why I was thinking that it might not be compatible with every url shortening plugin.

    I’m not sure you understood what I meant.

    There are 2 options, one is “Use Shortlinks” the other is “Share Full URL”… the 2 options are incompatible as the FULL URL cannot be the short URL, by definition. You have to pick one or the other.

    Thanks for your reply. These are my settings now:

    Use Shortlinks = checked
    Share Full URL = unchecked
