No short description area for input on woo commerce

I just uploaded Woo Commerce. I checked the systems tab and there are no theme overwrites.
I disabled all my plugins
I am 100% up to date.

I have NO Short Description area on the page input section.

Is there an add on I can purchase so I have this feature?

I am really desperate to figure out why this is not an option for me.
