    Hi I just installed the plugin, got my test api key from EasyPost and set carriers to Fedex and UPS. I’m trying to test things out but when I enter a location for Calculate shipping on the checkout page, it tells me

    “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

    This happens on both the cart and checkout page. I’ve used my home address in Burbank CA as well and another location (Little Rock, AR). Is there something I can do?

  • Hi,

    Please make sure you have weight and dimension in the products, and if you’re using the Test API key you’ll have to use test mode in the plugin settings, and also in the Easypost site you’ll have to enter the test credentials for the FedEx and UPS carrier accounts under the Easy post Dashboard.
